PresencePLUS Nozzle Inspection
The PresencePLUS sensor inspects each nozzle for broken or missing tabs, before the nozzle is assembled to a can. Tabs appear as black pixels to the sensor. Nozzles with broken tabs add to the white pixel count, and are rejected.
Objective:
To detect flaws in nozzles used for whipped cream dispensing.
