MINI-BEAM Can Caps Inspection
The convergent-mode MINI-BEAM senses each can, and gates one opposed-mode pair which verifies the presence of a cap. The beam of the other opposed-mode pair is positioned immediately above a properly seated cap; interruption of this high beam at any time indicates a crooked cap.
Objective:
Rejecting spray cans with crooked or missing caps.
Sensor Models:
Two pairs MINI-BEAM SM31E and SM31R opposed-mode sensors, and one MINI-BEAM SM312CV convergent-mode sensor
