PresencePLUS Correct Assembly Of Metal Container
The PresencePLUS sensor inspects for two failed conditions where the lid closes on the metal containers. The sensor is inspecting for the white lid across the top of the inspection area and the dark base across the bottom of the inspection area. The first failed condition is when the lid does not close completely. If the lid is open, the sensor top of the inspection area becomes dark and the sensor does not count enough white pixels.The second fail condition is when the paper insert is outside the box. The white paper will cover the dark bottom of the inspection area and the PresencePLUS will count too many white pixels.
Objective:
Detection of flaws in the metal container, and inspection for correct placement of paper inserts.
