D12 IC Lead Counting
Leaded integrated circuits are mounted on a circuit board. Before the leads are trimmed, the boards are inspected to ensure proper insertion of the IC into the board. Miniature “side view,” opposed mode fibers are used to count the leads. Two pairs are used to sense both rows of leads simultaneously.
Objective:
Count the leads on an integrated circuit
Sensor Models:
D12SN6FPY or D12SP6FPY
Fiber Optic Models:
PIPSM26U or equivalent
