BEAM-ARRAY Box Profiling
As boxes pass through the BEAM-ARRAY light screen, they are measured to the nearest 1/4" (6 mm). Serial data from the receiver is combined with the output of an optical encoder (driven by a roller) to supply box profile information to a host process controller.
Objective:
To profile boxes moving on a roller conveyor.
Sensor Models:
BEAM-ARRAY™ model BME448A emitter and BMR448A receiver.
