VS1 Bottle Sensing
The customer has a production line from which clear or transparent green plastic bottles must be sensed from one side only. The VS1 sensor is mounted to look at the necks of the bottles, where the threads are located. The plastic here is thicker than in other parts of the bottle; therefore the neck provides the most reflective surface. The sensor's high power provides an accurate, reliable count of up to 6 bottles per second, for both the clear and green bottles.
Objective:
To count clear or transparent green plastic PETE bottles from one side
