PresencePLUS Flaw Detection
The PresencePLUS sensor inspects each molded plastic component for irregularities in a flange area. A good part appears mostly white to the inspection sensor. The PresencePLUS sensor is programmed to reject parts which register 80% or less white pixels, as compared to a good part.
Objective:
To detect flaws in a molded plastic steering column component.
