PresencePLUS Missing Suntan Label Detection
Bottles of suntan lotion are conveyed past the PresencePLUS sensor, which checks for a missing label. A QS18 convergent mode sensor is positioned so that it triggers inspection of each bottle, when the bottle is centered directly in front of the PresencePLUS sensor lens. The PresencePLUS sensor rejects bottles with missing labels, based on the pixel count that is registered.
Objective:
To verify the presence of labels on plastic bottles.
