D11 Bond Wire Loop Control
Two separate sensors are required for accurate wire level control. One is used for the high limit, which controls the feed mechanism for the wire. If wire is sensed by the high-limit sensor, the output energizes and more wire is fed. The low-limit sensor controls the turn-off feed mechanism when the bond wire is sensed. The distance between the two fiber optic sensing ends determines the height of the loop allowed.
