MINI-BEAM Expert Clear Panel Substrate Presence
A MINI-BEAM Expert clear object detection sensor, with its low contrast, can easily sense the presence of a glass panel. The sensor is outside a vacuum chamber "looking" through a view port. In the opposite side of the chamber is another view port with a corner-cube reflector.
Objective:
To detect the presence of a clear glass panel on a robot
Sensor Models:
SME312LPC, BRT-42D reflective target
